With our Subscription & Save Program, you’ll save time and energy while getting your favorite products automatically delivered right to your door. All you need to do is choose your favorite products and how regularly you want to receive them. A notification email will be sent to you 3 days before your next recurring payment is made. Once the amount is deducted from your specified payment method, you will also receive a confirmation email from us.

You can manage your subscription at any time from your account page, or contact our Customer Service for prompt support.

If you encounter difficulty logging in, it is because you have not set up a password to register for a complete account on our website. Please use your email address you use at checkout to sign up an account, create a password, check your email to activate the account, and then manage the subscription.

You can cancel after the second charge. 

You can go to your account settings and cancel the subscription by yourself, or email us at [email protected] anytime to request a cancellation.

Cancellation of service only takes effect after there is a confirmation email sent from NuBest to your email address. Once you receive our confirmation email about the subscription being cancelled, you will no longer be charged for recurring orders.

You can easily customize your subscription by logging in your account. Once logged in, you can edit any of the followings by clicking the Edit Icon

For any changes to be made, including changes in payment method, product quantity, and renewal frequency, please go to your Manage Subscription settings or contact us at [email protected]. We can then make the necessary amendments as per your request. Please note that when an order has been already handed over to shipping agencies, we will no longer be able to modify the item shipped or the payment taken.

No, subscriptions don’t include other offers and discounts unless specified.

If your automatic recurring payment is declined due to any problems with your card, NuBest will notify you via the email address provided when you set up the agreement and made your first payment. Upon redirected to the Manage Subscription settings, you can update your payment method to continue the recurring purchase.

Yes! Your subscription order will automatically apply points to your account.

Subscription offers are not applied in conjunction with seasonal discounts sitewide. If you apply a seasonal coupon code to your order, your subscribed item will only enjoy one higher discount. In case of your example, when you sign up for auto-delivery and use a 25% Black Friday voucher at the same time, the product will get 25% off upon registration. Offers for your coming recharged orders will comply with our Subscription Policy with no extra discount.
